«Metamorphoses» by Ovid is an epic poem covering hundreds of mythological stories united by the theme of transformation. The production interprets the ancient classic as material filled with modern sensibility. Ovid's texts turn into a living symphony where voice, music, and movement create a single whole. The actors explore the boundary between form and content, bringing to the stage images that unfold not only in the word, but in the body, touch, tension, and pause.
Myth of Phaethon, son of Helios
Myth of Alcyone and Ceyx
Myth of Myrrha (Smyrna)
Myth of the Plague
Myth of Actaeon and Diana
Myth of Apollo and Daphne
Myth of Scylla
Myth of Medusa the Gorgon
Myth of Tereus, Procne, and Philomela
Myth of Philemon and Baucis
All these myths are like a mosaic of human emotions through which Ovid speaks of fear, love, guilt, hope, and the power of transformation.
